1. What Zerio is

Zerio Client is a Minecraft client modification, sold as digital content and delivered by unlocking it on your Zerio account. There is no physical product and no licence key to keep — access is tied to the account you bought it with.

2. Third-party servers and bans

Read this part properly. Most Minecraft servers forbid client modifications like Zerio. Using Zerio can get your Minecraft account muted, banned or removed from any server, and from Minecraft services generally. That is entirely your risk and your decision.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang, Microsoft, or any server or network Zerio can be used on. A ban on a third-party service is not a fault in the product and is not a ground for a refund.

3. Your account

• You need a Zerio account before you can buy. One person, one account.
• Keep your password and your access to your email address to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Use a real, permanent email address. Throwaway inboxes are refused at sign-up.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.

4. What you may and may not do

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use Zerio. You may not:

• share, resell, rent out or publish your access, or let other people use it;
• copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or repackage the client;
• get around the hardware binding, or run one purchase on machines that are not yours;
• use Zerio to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system;
• chargeback or dispute a payment instead of asking us first.

Breaking any of this ends your access immediately and without a refund. The Duo plan is the one exception to sharing: it is sold as two seats and may be used by two people.

5. Hardware binding

Zerio binds to one machine. Changing computer is normal, so you can request a reset from your dashboard with a short explanation. Resets are granted within reason; repeated requests that look like sharing are refused.

6. Buying and payment

Prices are in euro and include any applicable tax. Card, PayPal and cryptocurrency payments are handled by our payment provider; paysafecard payments are checked by hand before your access is unlocked. We never see or store your card details.

A payment gives you access to the plan you paid for: 1 Month runs for 30 days from activation, Lifetime and Duo Lifetime do not expire. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product — if Zerio is discontinued, access ends with it.

7. Updates and availability

Zerio is sold as it is today. We update it when we can, but we do not promise that any specific feature will keep working, that it will stay compatible with any Minecraft version or server, or that the service will never be down. Features can change or be removed.

8. Affiliates

Affiliate accounts need an active paid licence. Commission is paid on completed, non-refunded sales. Self-referrals, fake orders, spam and misleading claims about what Zerio does void any balance and close the affiliate account. Payouts start at €40.00.

9. Ending access

You can stop using Zerio at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to.

10. Liability

Zerio is provided without warranties beyond those you have by law as a consumer. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for bans, lost accounts, lost in-game items, lost time or any indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are announced on our Discord. Continuing to use Zerio after a change means you accept it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, contact us first — almost everything is solved that way.
